Dex is a beautiful male Pointer mix aged 4 and weighing 65# so a good size boy.  This delightful dog is as devoted as a dog can be, as sweet as he is smart and probably could teach people a few things about loyalty!  He's got a great sense of humor too and always smiles at your jokes, even the lame ones!  Dex is not a good choice for families with children younger than 10 and really has not had much exposure to children.  However he is a wonderful family companion who makes everyone in the home feel special.  He shows a capacity for empathy and is great at cheering you up when you are down in the dumps.  Being a pointer mix, Dex is very intelligent and likes to be active.  He loves to fetch balls and play with toys and go swimming and actually plays hide and seek,  He loves hiking and going on long walks.  He also likes to kick back at the end of the day and is a great foot warmer and snuggle buddy.  What a great guy and wonderful companion he would make for someone.  He's housebroken as well and knows commands.  A pretty impressive and handsome boy!

We do not have a shelter facility and our pets are housed in foster homes, vet clinics and local boarding facilities.

Many of our adoptable pets attend adoption events each Saturday at Mall of Georgia Petsmart in Buford, Georgia from 11:30-3:00 pm
