As we were leaving the shelter, we met a woman who was bringing in her dog to surrender it. This lady was completely out of options. She lost her job and then her home. She and her dog had been living in an attic hidden away trying not to be found. With no more money and no way to feed her beloved pet, she wanted to give her sweet baby a better life.
Unfortunately, animal shelters are not accepting owner surrenders at this time. They are on lock down too.

We believe that things happen for a reason. We were meant to be in that parking lot today. We were meant to intercept another dog becoming a stray because it’s owner ran out of options.

We decided to give this girl a fresh, new start today... and with a new start comes a new name.

We chose: Karma which essentially means ‘getting what you give.’ In this case, karma is going to be so, so good for this beauty.
Karma is a chocolate lab mix, about 9-10 years old and is so incredibly sweet, loving and dog friendly.
She is scared of the unknown but knows that human touch is good and craves it.

Karma is slightly heartworm positive, but is being treated. Please considering giving this wonderful girl a loving home.

We do not have a shelter facility and our pets are housed in foster homes, vet clinics and local boarding facilities.

Many of our adoptable pets attend adoption events each Saturday at Mall of Georgia Petsmart in Buford, Georgia from 11:30-3:00 pm

Please check with us to find out if a particular pet will be available. Dogs going to adoption event are typically posted on our Facebook page the day prior.
