Benny is an almost 5-year-old foxhound/beagle mix. He was adopted through P&C around 4 months old after he was hit by a car. Benny still has a “flat tire” front foot, and doesn’t like to go long walks (2+ miles) because of this. He is allergic to eggs, and has had skin issues with many dog foods and most treats. We have been purchasing Kirklands premium dog food for him (Very reasonable, from Costco) and giving him baby carrots as treats and have had NO skin allergy issues since. Benny is an indoor dog, he will bark if left outside. He is crate trained, but prefers to sleep on his doggie bed at night. He is completely housebroken and never has accidents. He is able to wait long periods of time before needing to go out. He likes going on walks and can fetch. He is most content to lay in the sun (inside) like a huge cat and nuzzle you. He doesn’t bark unless someone comes in the the yard, to the front door, or if he sees other animals. He is not cat friendly, but does fine with most dogs. He knows the following commands: sit, shake, no, and “go to bed”, he will go in the house if you say “go to bed” while outside. If inside, he’ll actually go to his bed. We are looking for a foster/adopter for Benny. Older children only please. Benny does have some possessive quirks to him that we will need to talk to each possible adopter about. We do not have a shelter facility and our pets are housed in foster homes, vet clinics and local boarding facilities.

Many of our adoptable pets attend adoption events each Saturday at Mall of Georgia Petsmart in Buford, Georgia from 11:30-3:00 pm

Please check with us to find out if a particular pet will be available. Dogs going to adoption event are typically posted on our Facebook page the day prior.
